The Seoul Wave Art Center opened in 2019 as part of the city’s urban spaces revitalization project. It sits on the Han River, near the Han River’s Renaissance star in Sebitseom. However, it’s not just for art lovers. It is an amazing place to relax and take photos. It’s situated in the middle of Seoul’s famed Hangang Park. Sitting inside the quaint cafe, you get a spectacular view of the park and Seoul skyline.
