Its creation began in 2009 when residents took the initiative for the purpose of reinvigorating the old city center. Initially, it was called Goso Angel Mural Village, as the 1,004-meter alley was decorated with murals. Currently, the 1,650 meter stretch cut in ten sectors carries the history, culture, life, and areas of Yeosu in the distinctive segments.
